The complex has 7 rooms, banquet hall, summer houses, sauna, grill for cooking. There are four ponds, catamarans, boats, floating house in the form of a yacht. Tourists can swim in pools. One of the pools contains salty water (35% solution of salts on the basis of Solotvyno salt). Near the pool there is a shower. There are double summer houses. Also there is kitchen with traditional and fish dishes. There is an opportunity to fish (carp, crucian carp, pike). Tourists are offered theatrical events - a holiday of Midsummer, a holiday of Peter and Paul. The complex was included into the list of the objects, which have been monitored for the accessibility.
